RALPH GARCIA

Ralph Garcia walked into Josephs at North Star Mall in November of 1979 looking for a part time job while attending school full time at UTSA. Steve Rubin immediately noticed Ralph’s big smile and engaging personality and hired him. The rest is a great history of Ralph excelling in sales and management for 40 years throughout several Josephs locations.

Starting at Wonderland mall in the stock room Ralph was quickly promoted to sales and then management at Central Park Mall, North Star Mall and eventually Rector Plaza.

Ralph’s original plan was to stay at Josephs for a few years while going to school but never left because he loves helping customers with all of their clothing needs and has made a great career of working at Josephs.
